What is coaching and how can it help me?
Coaching is a partnership.
Not advice (unless you ask for it). Not telling you what to do.
My role is to create the space where you think more clearly, feel more honestly, and see new possibilities you couldn’t access on your own.
You set the goals.
You define what success looks like.
I listen deeply, ask the questions that shift your perspective, and challenge you with kindness when you’re playing small.
Think of it as a powerful conversation designed entirely around you – helping you reconnect with what you want, move past blockers, and take meaningful action.

What will happen when I’m being coached?
Every coaching relationship starts with a free discovery call.
This is where we check the chemistry, talk through what you want to change, and explore which package fits best.
If we decide to work together, you’ll complete a short pre-coaching questionnaire to spark initial thinking and give me useful context before our first session.
Most sessions happen online via Teams. We typically meet twice a month, with flexibility to fit busy work and life schedules.
In sessions, I’ll ask questions that stretch your thinking. Between sessions, you’ll notice your own reflections deepen – and sometimes there’ll be simple “experiments” to try.
You’ll take ownership of your progress.
I’ll support, challenge, and champion you – but only you can take the steps.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past.
Coaching focuses on designing the future.
Coaching can feel therapeutic at times, but the goal is different. We work on where you are now, what you want next, and how to get there.
If you’re looking to process trauma or deep mental health challenges, therapy is the right place.
If you’re feeling stuck, restless, ready for change, or wanting to grow into a braver version of yourself – coaching is the right place.
Sometimes people do both. They complement each other beautifully.

Do I need to know my goal before starting?
No. Many clients start with a feeling, not a fully formed goal. We shape clarity together.

Yes. Payment plans are available for longer programmes. We’ll discuss options on your discovery call so you can choose what feels right.
