A one-off session for when you’ve got the glimmer of an idea but need the confidence to take the first step. We’ll bounce it around, uncover what’s holding you back, and leave you with clarity and momentum.

1.5 hours- £149

You’ve got a specific goal, but you need help fuelling the fire. Over four weeks, we’ll get clear on where you are now, where you want to be, and create a plan to close the gap fast. Expect focus, accountability, and quick wins.

4 weeks - £495

You know something has to change — but you’re not sure what. Over six months we’ll tune in to what you really want, build belief, and remove the blockers standing in your way. This is deep work: the kind that creates lasting transformation.
