I'm passionate about helping people navigate change because I believe people have their greatest impact when they're doing work they love.
When we understand what we're good at, what gives us energy and where we can make our biggest contribution, we're more likely to do our best work. We're also more likely to enjoy it.
That's why I do what I do.
I've spent more than 20 years working in leadership, commercial strategy and transformation. My career has taken me from HR, where I developed a deep understanding of how people grow and thrive, into commercial leadership roles with global businesses including Johnson & Johnson, Hasbro, BIC and Pernod Ricard.
Today, alongside running Rebel Spark, I lead industry transformation at GS1 UK, helping retail businesses prepare for one of the biggest changes in more than 50 years. I work with retailers, brands and technology providers to turn complex change into something people can understand, act on and get behind.
I've spoken on 30+ stages about leadership, transformation, technology, career change and the future of retail, and I'm regularly featured in the media sharing my perspective on the issues shaping our industry. I'm also a top 100 Retail Technology Influencer and an award-winning Data & Digital Transformation Leader.
My career has taught me that transformation is rarely just about strategy or technology. Real change happens when people are willing to challenge how things have always been done and have the confidence to do something differently.
That understanding sits at the heart of my work as an executive and career coach too.
