Rebel Spark is for people who’ve outgrown the path they’re on and are ready to design a bolder future.

Camilla Young
Executive Coach, Transformation Specialist & Rebel Leader
I work with ambitious mid-career professionals who are done playing small.

People who've built solid careers. Who are respected and capable, but who feel there's something more in them, and they're ready to stop ignoring it.

They want to design a career, and life that feel like theirs again.
My job is to help you break free from old patterns, self-doubt, and the expectations of others. So you can step into your full potential and achieve more than you thought possible.

Clients often tell me I listen beyond the words, that I challenge with kindness, and that I hold up the mirror at exactly the right moment. I’d say that’s about right. My style is a mix of energy, courage, and unfiltered truth. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s always in service of you stepping up.

Alongside 1-1 coaching, I deliver high-energy talks and workshops that help teams and leaders believe bigger, embrace change, and unlock their inner rebel. Whether in a coaching room or on a conference stage, my aim is the same: to spark courage and shift mindsets.

Before founding Rebel Spark, I spent 15+ years in leadership roles at global companies like Johnson & Johnson, Hasbro and Pernod Ricard. That experience taught me how organisations really work - what gets in the way, and what it really takes for people to thrive inside them.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Management, an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive and Senior-Level Coaching and Mentoring, and an ICF-accredited certificate in Group and Team Coaching.

But beyond the credentials, my deeper purpose is simple - to help people get out of their own way and make their greatest contribution, to themselves, their teams, and the world.

Stop waiting for permission.
Your life is yours to design.
